  • Successfully provided services to over 150 hospitals nationwide.
  • Provided support for over 60 successful Go Lives.
  • Managed and delivered clinical, financial, and ancillary application end user education and training programs for many hospitals, large healthcare delivery systems and ambulatory groups.
  • Developed and successfully implemented effective Change Management programs at multiple customer locations in support of Clinical Adoption.

  • Successfully provided project team of 30+ ATE support resources for a three-month stabilization period. Project included conducting talent screening, onboarding, logistics management, training on client specific workflows for a three-day orientation. Project also include having resource managers on site to address scheduling, personnel issues, change requests, and manage a structured escalation process to ensure questions were directed to the right resources quickly.
  • Successfully partnered with an EHR vendor and a large Academic Medical Center in the southeast in providing 75+ ATE Support personnel for a rolling major system upgrade to over 100+ specialty clinics that received training on new specialty workflows and functionality. BlueSky provided the project manager and 7+ training leads to guarantee all resources were correctly allocated to the specific requirements for each clinic. During this initiative, BlueSky developed and delivered training and orientation to 100+ project resources including the BlueSky project staff as well as the vendor and client staff that also provided go live support. BlueSky managed all project logistics, scheduling and issue resolution for the go live support over a twelve-week period.
  • Successfully developed a comprehensive EMR Provider training program for large southeast health system that included interactive training videos, classroom education and customization lab. Program. BlueSky developed 30+ provider, nursing, and unit secretary training videos (including online proficiency assessments) that included healthcare facility specific workflows, build preferences and order sets and were accessible from the health system’s Learning Management System (LMS). BlueSky developed and delivered a Physician On-boarding training classes which reinforced the online videos with hands on scenario-based training. BlueSky project resources provided elbow support for the Providers after completion of both videos and classroom education.
  • Successfully completed multiple Physician order set build and Physician Documentation template build projects for multiple US hospitals.
  • Successfully partnered with a community hospital in Texas to aid in adoption of new workflows and documentation requirements needed to meet their Meaningful Use metrics for Stage 2. BlueSky organized, deployed and managed project team that provided training and elbow to elbow support services over a three-month period.
  • Successfully managed a multi-tiered transitional application support team for a large academic medical center in the southeast.
  • Strategic partner with a southeast health system doing a big bang new install go live that involved delivery of support to multiple hospital facilities and 60+ ambulatory clinics which included providing support for 700+ physicians and nursing staff during the go live.
  • Successfully delivered Cardiology support and optimization services for southeastern health system.
  • Successfully managed a multi-tiered transitional application support team for a large academic medical center in the southeast.
  • Successfully partnered with large EMR Vendor in deploying project resources that supported 60+ hospitals nationwide (including community hospitals, critical access hospitals, large regional medical centers and for-profit hospitals) that were implementing enterprise wide clinical applications, ancillary applications, financials and business applications.
  • Successfully managed large and highly complex recruiting initiative for large Epic EMR implementation that resulted in recruiting 70+ fully vetted and technically screened FTE candidate submissions resulting in receiving 30 offer letters within the first 60 days of the project. Recruiting initiative included development of an Epic skills & product assessment matrix for each candidate submission, development of an Epic product focused technical screening form which was completed for each candidate by a Senior Epic SME during a 45-60 minute candidate technical screening interview. Recruited the following skill sets for this initiative: IT Directors, Project Managers, Ambulatory and Inpatient Application Analysts, DBAs, Systems Engineers, Network Engineers, BI Reporting Analysts, in addition to other areas.
  • Successfully implemented customized education program for a top 5 software vendor’s consulting practice.
  • Successfully developed training and education programs for multiple health systems that included education competencies within Provider, Nursing, ED, Pharmacy, Radiology, Surgery Services, General Financials, Patient Access as well as Unit Secretary focused training.
  • Successfully developed and implemented ongoing HIM/Medical Records System Managed Services solution for large health system with locations in multiple US markets.
  • Successfully delivered Ambulatory EMR physician training and optimization services for large Physician Practice Group in southeast.
  • Successfully provided 25 resource project team over an 8-week period for a large regional medical center in Florida. BlueSky provided ATE support personnel as well as physician specialist to specialist trainers. Project included managing resource selection, resource scheduling, issue resolution, complete logistics and contingency planning. BlueSky conducted a three-day orientation program after a week of development of orientation considering this was a pilot site implementing new functionality.
