BlueSky Recruiting Services Include:


  • Permanent Placement

We provide direct hire recruiting services to secure permanent employees. Our fee is based off of a percentage of the placed employee’s first-year salary. We offer a 90-day replacement guarantee for all permanent hires.


  • Contract to Perm

BlueSky can work with clients on a ‘contract to perm’ consultant hire basis. A contractor is placed within your organization to perform specific duties for a period of 6-12 months with the intent to transfer this contractor to a direct employee at the end of the work assignment.


  • Managed Recruiting Services

For clients with significant and/or ongoing hiring requirements, BlueSky can provide a team of recruiting personnel, which may include a project manager, multiple recruiters, a consultant care manager, an account manager, and administrative support. Depending on the level of need, BlueSky offers retained and/or contingency recruitment solutions that can ensure exclusivity, consistency and quality throughout the hiring process to meet all critical and important staffing objectives within your organization.
